Elderly and physically disabled homeless | Churches, Food banks, Outreaches' and all other Religious, Charitable and / or Educational purposes that align with our exempt purposes.

We are a public nonprofit corporation. Incorporated May 4, 2012 under Chapter 53, Article 8 NMSA 1978 of the New Mexico Non-Profit Corporations Act; and

determined to be a 501(c)3 Public Charity on May 4, 2012 by statute, and again after filing an IRS form 1023 we received a formal determination letter from the IRS dated October, 18 2017.
